during october/november of 2013 I travelled to Las Vegas for 4 days with my dad.

every year the 'World Federation of Jewish Child Survivors of the Holocaust and Descendants' hold a conference where the survivors, children of survivors and other relatives of survivors come together. The location changes every year and I have previously travelled to Washington D.C, Poland and Israel.

I was very lucky to be able to go with my dad this year, it was such a wonderful experience and I had an amazing time. I spent far to much money on make-up, clothes, presents and frozen yogurt.

We stayed in a resort in Henderson called the Green Valley Ranch resort & spa. The resort was absolutely stunning and our room was like nothing I've seen before. Such a beautiful place!

I also visited the grand canyon which was amazing.

new year adventure

yesterday (the 2nd of January) I went to my local zoo with my big sister and her four boys.

I had such a lovely time seeing the smiles on their faces, and watching their eyes light up as a lion stops in his tracks and stares at all four of them (an amazing moment to say the least).

I absolutely adore animals and the zoo is one of my favourite places to be. luckily it was a dry day and the sun was shining, although it was rather chilly to say the least.

I really had a wonderful time capturing all the lovely moments throughout the day!
